Welcome to Honey & Linen, whether you're a retail consumer or a Boutique by purchasing from our shop you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. General Honey & Linen offers curated wholesale and retail items in boutique style.  All pricing is in CAD.  We reserve the right to update prices, policies and production information at any time without prior notice.
2. Wholesale & Stock Lot Sales  All wholesale and stock lot purchaes are considered final sale.  Quantities, styles, and assortments are sold as listed.  We do not guarantee any specific colours, sizes, or item ratios unless clearly stated on the product description.
3. Refunds & Exchanges  We do not provide refunds for any purchases.  For retail purchases we offer, at our discretion, and only in special circumstances, where items are returned in their original condition and packaging.  To request an exchange of a retail item purchase, please contact us within 4 days of delivery.  Approved exchanges much be shipping back within 7 days at the buyer's expense.
4. Product Quality  All goods are inspected prior to shipment.  Our standards are high.  Minor variations, packaging differences, or sight irregularities, particularly in linen or leather colouring etc. may occur and are considered part of the nature of the goods, wholesale and stock lot purchasing, and images transferred to a digital format. 
5. Shipping & Handling  Buyers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.  Honey & Linen is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by carriers.  Goods will ship insured by Honey & Linen. There are no import duties, brokerage, tariff or customs fees on goods purchased within Canada.
